Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped from Los Angeles within 1–2 business days.

Delivery timelines exclude weekends and holidays.

Please note that Express and Next Day shipping are not available for PO boxes.

Tracking details will be provided via your confirmation email once your order is in transit.

In select cases, orders may be held briefly for verification.

If you need to make a change to your order, please email hi@greenlabeltennis.com as soon as possible. While we will always do our best to accommodate our customers, updates can not always be guaranteed. Thank you for understanding.

Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, responsibility for the shipment passes to the recipient.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided items are returned in their original, un-used condition:

• Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
• With original tags attached

Items must have been purchased directly from greenlabeltennis.com.

All returns are subject to review and approval.

• Order changes and cancellations are time-sensitive and not guaranteed
• We do not offer direct exchanges — simply return your item and place a new order
• Refunds are typically completed within 8–12 business days from the time your return is received and confirmed
